“We have a problem as we have not received our delivery even though the tracking system says it is delivered in good condition! I don't know who has received the delivery but it's certainly not us! After numerous emails to yourselves ans the French delivery company, we have received no replies. Perhaps you could help? Patricia James. We have now received our delivery. The problem was not with SystemSAT but with French communications. SystemSAT were very helpful”

“Havn't set up dish yet but were very helpful on the phone and gave some good advice. Felt very comfortable giving card details over the phone and e-mail was sent straight away to confirm my order. The free delivery expected within 3-5 days arrived on the second day which was an added bonus, and tracking order with text to confirm when delivery was arriving certainly helped. Overall a pleasure to do business with. Many thanks.”
