“I used Tagvenue to find a space to hold our annual Pre-Christmas lunch in central London for 40 people. Some of the venues offered were outside of my search zone but there were enough within it for us to find a suitable place”

“The venue was great. The booking process was extremely frustrating. It took days for me to finalise the booking. There were repeated calls to call centres, staffed by people with poor language skills. I was never called back. My emails were left unanswered. There were miscommunications on all levels. One phone call to people at the restaurant would have saved me hours of frustration. The Tagvenue system is hopeless.”

“Tagview wasn’t bad but the manager I was dealing with was uncommunicative. She said I had the venue, a week later, when I finally began to talk details, she rejected my reservation because it didn’t meet their guidelines. I wish she had called me a week earlier and prior to me sending invites, which I now have to (embarrassingly) update”

“It was good, the staff were really nice and we had a good time overall. I would say the one thing they could improve on would be getting the show ready quicker, i asked to watch 2 and half men (a tv show) and when we showed up it wasn’t set up and it took us like 10 minutes to set it up ourselves which was a little frustrating, other than that it was a great experience, would definitely recommend”
