“We recently visited Stupid Old Studios as a special Father's Day gift, and it was an unforgettable experience! Evan, the technician who helped us, was amazing—super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole session was filled with great energy, making it a fun and unique experience for all of us. My dad absolutely loved it! He got to record and share stories about his life, which was such a meaningful gift. The studio itself was top-notch, and Evan made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special, one-of-a-kind experience!”

As per the venue's policy on the venue profile, cancellations made within 24 hours of booking receive a full refund, but this doesn’t apply to events starting within 48 hours. Since your booking was for the 5th of September and the cancellation request came on the 3rd, it fell within the 48-hour window.
