“Hi Emma, tagvenue is a great platform and we booked our xmas party through you at the piano works in the west end, really looking forward to it. However, after making the booking I realised we were going to be charged £45.00pp instead of £35.00 as initially advertised, after querying this with the tag venue booker Erica, she advised that prices start from £35.00 depending on the day of the week. I've had a look back through the initial details and there is NO mention of any higher prices for different days or that £35.00 is a "starting from" price. If you are going to have this policy you should really include ALL info on price clearly on the venue page rather than hiding the increase in cost. Price is not as advertised really.”
