“It's honestly ridiculous how hard it is to have Tagvenue remove your account without them dragging it out. I've been trying for 3 days to get my account removed with them and they just won't do it. Klara initially seemed helpful but she seems to only take notice of about a 3rd of each e-mail. I was hoping that I'd return to Tagvenue one day but Tagvenue have not lost a customer for life with their complete disregard for my wish to be deleted and increasingly terrible customer service.”

“Genuinely impressed, room was well appointed. Tea and biscuits were great and WiFi seemed good. Certainly fine for doing what I needed. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed and I very likely will A conference / speaker phone would have been handy. The Mitel phone provided wasn't great when on speaker Bit of a rabbit warren to find the room. Wasn't an issue for me, but might be if you have lots of delegates coming.”
