I made a mistake with my reservation date and Raj fixed my reservation immediately to accommodate my party of 20. My server, India, was fantastic throughout the whole reservation time. “I hired a venue through Tag Venue which went well, however an email went out promising John Lewis Vouchers for successful bookings made. I have been waiting for these vouchers and chasing them multiple times. Still nothing. Don't email out offers that you cant go through with. This has put me off using you again.”
