“I would prefer just to deal direct by email with the person at the venue. This was lumpy. I ended up phoning the venue direct to check they'd put the booking in. Then the link to pay the credit card did not appear and it had to be sent to me separately by email outside Tagvenue. Wasted time hunting around trying to find it.”

“Communication with my venue of choice through the messaging system was helpful, with timely emails when I received replies. However, the mobile design pops up an obtrusive communication star review box right on top of the chat, making it hard to type and easy to press one of the stars before you're ready to give a review. Additionally, the hello@tagvenue email is unresponsive in order to fix this issue, and I couldn't give a full review for my venue due to the earlier star mis-click.”
