“From the room (The Shipping Company room) to the service beforehand (Erica) and on the day (Louise) everything was 10/10. The room was spacious, airy and the tech worked perfectly. The service and set up was fantastic; the team were extremely accommodating with any items being sent beforehand and supportive in general. The support on the day was next level; Louise was on hand and extremely accommodating with specific requests and made the day an absolute breeze. Can't recommend this enough!”

“Room was smaller than it looked on the pictures and was fairly stuffy being underground. The tea and coffee was supposed to be refreshed throughout the day and wasn’t! And by the afternoon a smell of sewage was creeping in from being underground.”
