“Because of the Govt request to work from home, we have had to postpone our team meeting at Sutherland Labs. Although we have had to pay towards the catering bill at such short notice, we hope to be able to host the event in the New Year. Kelly was very helpful and understanding.”

“It's honestly ridiculous how hard it is to have Tagvenue remove your account without them dragging it out. I've been trying for 3 days to get my account removed with them and they just won't do it. Klara initially seemed helpful but she seems to only take notice of about a 3rd of each e-mail. I was hoping that I'd return to Tagvenue one day but Tagvenue have not lost a customer for life with their complete disregard for my wish to be deleted and increasingly terrible customer service.”

“Genuinely impressed, room was well appointed. Tea and biscuits were great and WiFi seemed good. Certainly fine for doing what I needed. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed and I very likely will A conference / speaker phone would have been handy. The Mitel phone provided wasn't great when on speaker Bit of a rabbit warren to find the room. Wasn't an issue for me, but might be if you have lots of delegates coming.”

“I was given the task of finding a nearby venue for 30-50 people with 1 week to go as we didn't know if the covid situation would allow us to have a Christmas lunch. I didn't have much luck until I stumbled across tagvenue. Was pleased to find a very local restaurant that could accommodate us - Ninth Ward. Rus the manager was fantastic and very understanding with us as there was a point where we thought we had to reschedule for 2022. We did end up being able to go ahead and had a great time. Rus and his staff were great on the day and we all left very happy with the spirits restored!”
