“Held a Study Day/Conference for 70 delegates on a Sat, 9th Nov 2019. The conference/events room has a separate reception area, which is also used for coffee/tea breaks with 2 toilets(disabled). This whole events area is separated by double doors from the main hotel, which works very well. The hotel events team is excellent, from initially contact/enquiry in Jan/Feb to view the venue and have an idea of costings with Joanna. Beatriz took over with the follow up of the formal booking and various queries up until the event. On the day Kris and Mondhur could not have helped more for a streamlined and smooth running event, even photocopying some extra information that was suddenly found to be required. The room(s) set up (cabaret) looked very elegant, has natural day light. Any minor problems during the day eg adjusting the aircon room temperature, was immediately addressed. Good PA system and projector. The food for lunch in the separate hotel dining area (included in the DDP) was OUTSTANDING (many positive comments from attendees immediately after the lunch). Our Society would definitely consider using the venue again. I have since promoted the hotel dining experience with friends for personal use eg when visiting the V&A, Natural History museum etc.”
