“Great service and good platform. My only issues I had were lots of venues I reached out to in fact did not have the availability that the tagvenue calendar showed them to have when I was searching. It was also a bit of a hurdle getting comfortable with making a payment to the host venue outside of the platform, why is this not facilitated through tag venue as a medium for both security and guarantee? Additionally, The costs of venues should be more transparent and broken down, many did not have the same cost as what they quote on the search results which led me to have to search many other venues to find 1 within the budget.”

“From the room (The Shipping Company room) to the service beforehand (Erica) and on the day (Louise) everything was 10/10. The room was spacious, airy and the tech worked perfectly. The service and set up was fantastic; the team were extremely accommodating with any items being sent beforehand and supportive in general. The support on the day was next level; Louise was on hand and extremely accommodating with specific requests and made the day an absolute breeze. Can't recommend this enough!”
