“I had to book a place urgently because I had booked a place for my event outdoors but the forecast was rain. I messaged a beautiful venue and heard back almost immediately from them. Their response was 'yes' they could host us! My entire experience from my first query was seemless and smooth. I was incredibly thankful and impressed.”

“I stumble upon your site when I was looking for a conference room. The booking was seamless and I got an immediate responseand confirmation though it was late at night much to my amazement. The actual conference room was much cozier than the picture shown on the website. Some area for improvement might be the logged in to the wifi. It took some time for all my participants device to detect the SSID. Connection speed was very fast though. My only gripe was that near the end of my booking timing time, the other group who booked the room after started peering and opening the door to the conference room. There shoukd have been some holding area or schedule control. I learnt that they provide hot desking work space and office space as well. I would took up a package with Tagvenue if I had known then earlier rather than my current provider.”

“I arrived at my location Palm Villa, for my photo shoot to find the venue was double booked!!The owner of the venue, Zee, initially agreed to reimburse me for the money I paid the families who were to participate, the make up artist travel fee, and reimburse me the $300 I paid for the space. Then they blamed tag venue and said I need to get my money from them. I’m out of a photo shoot a venue and $300+ dollars. Poor Communication between tagging you and the venue manager.”
