“When charged £5 to book a rehearsal room normally costing £23 I think it’s a rip off’. The above was apparently a misunderstanding between the 2 party’s and has now been corrected. Full marks to Tagvenue for reaching out to clarify the situation. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

“The refund policy is an absolute money grab. I had to cancel a venue over a week out and only got a 50% refund, not a fan of this policy and will not be using this service again.”

Refunds on Tagvenue can vary quite a bit because they depend on each venue’s individual cancellation policy (over 17k venues on our platform), the type of event, and other agreements in place. That said, we completely understand how disappointing this felt from your side. For your particular booking, we reached out to the venue manager on your behalf, and they agreed to issue a full refund instead of the initial 50%. You should see the funds return to your account soon - depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days to appear.
