“I recently had cataract surgery and in anticipation of being Rx free purchased two pairs of Serengeti wrap sunglasses. Unfortunately after the surgery, I learned I would still need Rx glasses. My eyes are very sensitive to the sun so quality lenses are very important to me. I had previously used Tajima to replace Rx lenses in sunglasses so I knew there was only one place I would trust to provide new lenses for the Serengetis.
Probably less that 10 minutes after placing my order, I received an email from Jacob acknowledguing my order, asking if I had any questions and explaining the process. Later Jacob emailed me to let me know he received my glasses and that due to the nature of the frames and lenses (rimless) the process might take a little longer. Later he emailed me to let me know my glasses shipped (took maybe 2 or 3 extra days) and then again to verify that I recieved them.
The lenses are absolutely terrific. They were fit to the frames perfectly and the lenses are crisp and clear. I cannot say enough good things about Tajima. I have had Ray Ban and Maui Jim lenses and Tajima lenses are better! And the customer service is incredible from start to finish...and beyond.
I will not use any other Rx sunglass lenses but Tajima. Simply the best!”
