“As an avid fly fisherman and golfer living in the Pacific Northwest, where we often experience cloudy weather and low light conditions, I have been wanting a good pair of high light transmission polarized sunglasses the last few years. However, my search efforts were always halted because either major brands did not offer prescription sunglasses with the high light lenses or they wanted outlandish prices for such a pair. Halted, that is, until I ran across Tajima Direct. At less than half the price I had found elsewhere, I now own Tajima's Yellow Green 40 Silver Mirror lenses in my old Ray-ban frames.
I have only had my new Tajimas for two weeks, but have had them on the golf course a few times and one time on the river. Wow - what clarity and detail. Even on full sun days - I am enjoying a brighter, clearer view of the beautiful scenery around me. Could not be happier with my new view of the world and my experience in dealing with Tajima.

I’ve had my purple Maui Jim Seven Pools (MJ418) sunglasses for years, and they’ve always been my favorite. Unfortunately, Maui Jim no longer sells this style, and replacement lenses are unavailable. “I never post reviews. I have been stalling on getting prescription sunglasses. finally pulled the trigger with Tajima. The online form/upload was easy. The communication I got from Jacob was fantastic and the sunglasses are great. I followed that up by sending in a pair of Costa Brine to have the plastic lenses replaced with Tajima Black Mirrored Lenses. The online form for non-prescription lenses might actually be easier than ordering a Pizza online.”

I received my sunglasses from you with the new lenses installed. The lenses are beautiful to look at and even more beautiful to look through. They are very high quality and the craftsmanship is perfect. The lenses seem to be a little thicker than the original lenses, and I would say the optical quality and clairity is perfect. And of course, customer service throughout the whole process was top notch. These are the second pair of glasses that I've sent in for lens replacement. The first pair were Maui Jims that had damaged lenses, and this current pair are a pair of older Ray Bans that were in need of a little love. They came back to me in perfect condition with the new lenes, better than new, and I could not be happier.
