Making custom prescription lenses isn't a straightforward and easy process so we prefer to remake them perfectly if they were anything but that the first time around. “The interaction with Tajima was spot on. Each request was met. Each question was answered. I am very pleased and my glasses both pair look great. My very old pair are nostalgic but I still like them and they were repaired. The other pair with the broken lense was a surprise. One was broken but both were replaced. Thank you again. “Not happy with them. The polarization distorted around edges when they snapped into frame. They are scratched already!. It took two years before a saw a scratch with my original Kannon lenses.
I am careful with them and always keep them in a case. Next time I would rather pay an extra 100.00 and get a complete new pair.
I revived a call from the owner which I do appreciate. He explained the distortion is normal due to compression around the edges. You cannot see it while wearing them so it's not a huge issue.
Still bummed out about the scratch after only a week but, I guess that one is on me.”
