There was excellent communication at key points regarding status of the receipt of frames and the creation of the polarized lenses and the timing of their return.. “In order to fairly assess the new lenses, I waited to write my review for a few weeks. I wear them all day driving in southern Florida. They are a well balanced lense that has no visible distortions. I was used to a darker lense, so getting used to the 15% took a bit of getting used to, but I actually have got to prefer it. I can use them indoors in some situations, which my other darker lenses, I think 8%, cut out way more light outdoors, but were unusable indoors. PS: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH.”
