I got it from a friend, and your classes with videos made a huge difference; my daughter could sleep from 10 pm-6 am at 12 weeks old. With you, I learned how to read her signs; I knew when she was tired, sleepy, or hungry. You changed my life, and I am grateful! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.

This course saved my life! I was a first time mom and did not know anything about babies or babysleep… Cara taught me everything. My friends joke that i am Cara’s daughter 🤣 it is because how much i refer her to people.. almost 6 of my friends bought the sleep course cz of me 🤣🤣 i bought it again now cz i am having my 2nd baby in March and i want to remember all the small details in the newborn class. I am also going to be looking for blogs about sharing a room with a toddler and a newborn.. and how to do everything when it comes to two kids

We were really struggling with routine and sleep with our newborn and not getting the best advice from friends and family. After watching these videos and implementing the tips for our newborn we were able to get on a very predictable schedule, had a much less fussy baby, and we were able to reduce the number of nighttime awakenings. Highly recommend!!

I recently bought the full package from Taking Cara Babies course, and I must say, it was an incredible experience that left me feeling confident and prepared for the arrival of my little one. With just three weeks remaining until my due date, this course came at the perfect time. Throughout the duration of the course, I was introduced to a wealth of new skills and knowledge that have undoubtedly bolstered my confidence as a soon-to-be parent. I highly recommend the Taking Cara Babies course to all expectant parents. It offers a comprehensive curriculum, compassionate instructors, and a supportive community that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to embrace the joys and challenges of parenthood.

I didn’t believe when in the first video Cara said sleep training would be “life changing” but boy was I wrong. I watched the ABC’s of sleep after a particularly bad night of 4+ wake ups. It only took 2-3 nights for my son to start sleeping 10+ hours straight through the night. We are all so much happier now!

I'm a first time mom and I thought I was going to go insane with no sleep. I absolutely loved Cara's videos. They're quick, to-the-point but super helpful. I often refer back to her resources to answer any random questions I may have.

Worth. Every. Penny. There are lots of baby products out there that aren't worth the splurge, but TCB's resources are worth their weight in gold. Having information and resources available as a new parent that helped give me a roadmap and strategies to use as we navigated our sleep journey was so powerful without feeling rigid and inflexible. The value of sleep and the way it impacts every other facet of life can't be overstated - moms anywhere on your sleep journey: do yourself a favor and buy this course!

I strongly feel this program works for babies with a more easygoing temperament. Babies who are more high needs do not conform to this sleep training program. I committed and had to stop due to the cries - my poor baby. I felt guilty for weeks about it. I still do. I believe some babies are just "better sleepers" again, due to their temperament. Its normal infants need our support throughout the night and the expectation Taking Cara Babies sets is frankly unrealistic and makes us feel like our baby is broken or we are doing something wrong. As if we needed to overthink something else as parents. These babies are still waking up through the night they just know their care taker isn't coming so they stop crying out, they have stopped trusting. Per AAP, “Parents might think that their infant is waking up too much during the night and fear that something is wrong,” Dr. Moon said. “But babies by their nature wake up frequently during the night. Although this can be understandably frustrating for parents who are exhausted and losing out on their own sleep, babies have to wake to feed every 2-3 hours, so this is normal and healthy, and should be expected. When parents have questions about their infant’s sleep, they should always ask their pediatrician for guidance.” https://www.aap.org/en/news-room/news-releases/aap/2022/american-academy-of-pediatrics-updates-safe-sleep-recommendations-back-is-best/ I'm sure you're already aware of that information on AAP but have taken advantage of sleep-deprived parents such as myself and for the ones that work with this program, they had babies who were going to sleep "through the night" on their own anyway. It wasn't Taking Cara Babies that taught the infant - it was their temperament. The other large portion of parents this doesn't work for should get their money back. As if babies weren't expensive enough. If you really feel it works for all babies, you should have a money-back guarantee option. But you don't - because you know it's normal infants wake every 2-3 hours. I haven't received a refund. These questions below aren't letting me not answer. I would love a refund so please do accomodate.

My husband and I caved when our little guy was 2 months old and bought the Will I Ever Sleep Again course. We had our doubts, but really felt like it was time to get into a better sleep routine as I was returning to work from my maternity leave. The very first night that we implemented Cara's strategies, our baby slept for longer than he ever had!!! We woke up and joked that we wanted to send Cara a gift in the mail. We still use her methods daily and are so thankful that we took the leap! Worth EVERY penny!

I didn’t follow everything in the class, but I appreciated the knowledge and tips and definitely put some to work! I liked the style of the class as well, very easy to listen/watch with earbuds while feeding or contact napping with baby!

We absolutely love the newborn sleep class and Cara’s blogs and Instagram. We did the newborn class with our first daughter (who because of it slept through the night consistently starting at 8 weeks old) and 4 years later we purchased the class again for our second daughter to refresh our memories and so far she is 6 weeks old going a 6-7 hour stretch each night. Cara makes things so easy to understand so even when you are sleep deprived you can remember the tips she gives in her class to implement them. My husband will even send me blog posts or Instagram posts from Cara because he loves them too. Absolutely recommend her class.

Wow amazing! As a pediatrician I thought I was prepared for my first child but we struggled with getting our baby to sleep in the bassinet and identifying sleep and awake periods. Within days of taking this course we made significant progress and finally got to sleep without having to hold baby. Started after 4wks of age, our baby only wakes 1-2 times a night at 10weeks of age and we have a semi-predictable routine. I'll be recommending it to all my patients!

I’ve been following taking Cara of babies since I brought my daughter home for the hospital and she’s been an amazing sleeper since the beginning! Understanding wake windows has helped me form a loose routine that works so well for our family. I also followed Cara’s “pop-ins” sleep training method & her approach and framing took away any nerves of anxiety my husband and I had about the process.
