Has anybody had a stress free full fibre installation? Ever managed to communicate with a properly trained competent so called "EXPERT ", who had the knowledge and technical skills, to solve the mistakes they have made?

Please guys do not open account with talk talk because they are rubbish customer service and if you want to cancel your account they will not do it until you pay all the month so don’t go with talk talk ????????

A horror film is being made about talktalk customer services, titled THE SOUTH AFRICAN ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE thousands of customers have the brains fried,ending up brain dead after being infected by talktalk incompetence virus....

Why is customer service at talktalk so bad. If I canot get my TV signal restored my actions will be as follows-- . cancel my monthly direct debit. .Contact WHICH the consumer advise people . Write to my MP. This is in the public interst as your service is so bed. . Take talk talk to the small claims court as I am currently paying for a service I dont have. What do you think of that?

I cancelled the contract two month ago,cos the talktalk was absolutely rubbish! and now they charged me £157.40...I asked the manager for refund,they agreed,and nothing...I will go to court!
