"After just two weeks of using this black kitchen sink, we\u2019re already seeing white stains and discolouration that won\u2019t come off. We\u2019ve only used mild cleaning products and never placed anything hot on it. Despite this, customer service was unhelpful\u2014they simply responded to our email saying they had checked with the manufacturer and were certain this was our fault, either from chemicals or heat. No further support, no inspection, nothing.\r\nWe believe this is clearly a quality issue, especially since the sink is advertised as \u201cincredibly resilient \u2013 heat, stain, and scratch resistant\u201d and supposedly comes with a lifetime warranty. We\u2019re now considering replacing it altogether. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of support."

"What an awful company to buy from.\r\nAdvertised sinks in the Vellamo range in 5 different colours, we chose stone, a creamy white colour.\r\nLeft instruction for fitter to check it over for damage while we went away.\r\nShock horror when we returned - a nice sink but completely wrong colour called Beige, not a listed colour from the range - see pictures for difference.\r\nTAP WAREHOUSE completley washed their hands saying manufacturer calls this colour Beige and yet they advertise and post photos on therI webpage of a cream colour, calling it stone.\r\nDO NOT BUY FROM TAP WAREHOUSE FRAUDSTERS ADVERTISING DIFFERENT PRODUCTTHAN DELIVERING"
