Despite this, customer service was unhelpful\u2014they simply responded to our email saying they had checked with the manufacturer and were certain this was our fault, either from chemicals or heat. No further support, no inspection, nothing.\r\nWe believe this is clearly a quality issue, especially since the sink is advertised as \u201cincredibly resilient \u2013 heat, stain, and scratch resistant\u201d and supposedly comes with a lifetime warranty. We\u2019re now considering replacing it altogether. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of support."
