I order a sink for my kitchen over a week ago and selected next day delivery. It was the last item I needed to finish a kitchen renovation. The first failed attempt was on me. The delivery was attempted right after the builders had left for the day and before I got home from work. So I selected a redelivery for the next day to a service point. The next day the service point rejected it. Try 3, I contact TW who ensure me that they will make sure they try to deliver again to my actual address and have spoken to the delivery company and driver to ensure this would happen and wouldn't get missed. I work from home all day to be here to receive the package at any time. And surprise surprise, it never shows up. It's now been 8 days since next day delivery was supposed to happen, and I'm still without a sink and now going to have to start from scratch with another company. I've also wasted two days of my builders time as he's been here when it's supposed to finally arrive twice to install.

Bought a tap which was on sale reduced when the tap arrived it was cheap snd lightweight really poor condition. Wasn't impressed this had a life type guarantee I doubt it would last 12 mths. Really poor. Contacted them via chat no phone number pointed out this. C/S wasn't interested arranged courier to collect at my expense of course. This was advertised as a premium item it's never been that. They weren't interested lve now read ppl are having issues in getting their money bk. I will not hesitate to contact trading standards and my payment company and take the matter further. I wouldn't recommend this company

I bought a kitchen mixer tap in July 2023. It broke in December 2023. Tap Warehouse refuse to refund me. On their website it shows that this tap has a 10 year guarantee. It lasted all of 19 WEEKS. The thread on the hot water tap handle wore away so that it wont turn on or off but just goes round and round. The upright part has loose and wobbly joints is insecure. Their customer service is obstructive. Dreadful quality product . They offered only a replacement hot water tap handle but ignored the other faults. The guarantee is not honoured.

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, TAP WAREHOUSE REFUSES TO REPLACE, INSTEAD EXPECTS US TO RE-PURCHASE THE ITEM! Don't think I need to go into more detail than that, it shows the type of company they are and the very poor customer service, they provide. Will not buy from them again,

First basin arrived faulty as in snapped, then returned. New one came handle and draws do not close properly. Apparently, it is my fault, and that is my fautl Poorly made product overall. Would stay clear of them.

STAY CLEAR. A warrenty is NOT hounered or respected. If your tap was to breaks before the warrenty prieod ends you will have to buy a new tap. No tap replacement, no information about replacements parts etc. Parts that were needed were non standard parts that can't be found in a plumbers merchants. Depsite asking repeatly for a manager to phone me to discuss this issue. The request was completely ignored. This went on for weeks. Any reply to this thread where they sound like they want to help should be ignored.

Awful! Although being promised a refund within 14 days for a swapped item, (also returning it in the agreed manor, and reporting faults in the agreed timeframe) they seem to think they can: 1. Dispute the refund altogether 2. After presenting evidence delaying refund for as long as possible There is no phone number to call, so you are left at the mercy of people responding to emails (or being ignored altogether). They have effectively stolen £260 from me - it may be a lot more if they 'forget' to send the replacement I paid for!

I bought an item from Tap Warehouse but quickly recognised it was not a suitable fitting. I returned the item in 4 days under distance selling regulations requesting a full refund. Despite having full proof of delivery of the returned item to Tap Warehouse a refund has not been forthcoming. The staff can only be contacted on 'chat' but this is a complete waste of time as they promise much but do nothing. Emails are blocked and after a thorough search I, like other reviewers, found there is no address for customer services. This company is trading illegally as they are in contravention of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by refusing refunds on items returned within the distance selling timescale. Their usual ploy is to ask you to provide proof of return of of the item giving you the email address to reply. I made 4 attempts to email them but each time the mail is 'undelivered', i.e., blocked. I don't know how their staff sleep at night. No integrity and no conscience would help! I will ensure the appropriate authorities are aware of this firm but in the meantime AVOID Tap Warehouse and Beyond Retail and associated traders.

Disgraceful service and lane excuses. Paid £264 for a Butler & Rose "Catherine" toilet, cistern and seat. Arrived with a damaged Cistern with two cracks. Sent the cistern back. They sent a replacement. The plumber arrived and installed the toilet, and commented that the cistern did seem to be compatible with the toilet, it looked small, like a cloakroom cistern. The toilet seat sat several inches higher than the top of the toilet, and sat on the flush handle, which has after one day damaged the toilet seat. Did not look like the toilet I purchased. It looked odd. I checked the Web site to discover, they had sent me the wrong cistern. The toilet I ordered was a Butler & Rose "Catherine" close coupled toilet, the replacement cistern was off a Butler & Rose "Darcey" low level toilet. A different size, shape, and looked totally different. I now find that Tap Warehouse will not change the Cistern, or offer any solution. After three emails, several photos and messages, they are now ignoring me. Disgraceful service and a useless toilet. £264 wasted. Buyer Beware. Do Not Buy from Tap Warehouse.

Should be able to give - stars Bought a copper colour sink Paint coming off paid over £300.00 for Madly made item they make it hard for you to return the item and you have to pay for the privilege DON’T ORDER FROM THEM BAD SERVICE POORLY MADE NO CONTACT DETAILS NIGHTMARE!!!!! AVOID

I bought the Harbour Status Concealed Shower Valve, Fixed Wall Mounted Head & Slide Rail Kit. The item is painted black and the black paint flaked off within months of using it. Tap Warehouse replaced the item, but the same thing happened again. I am now trying to get this one replaced, but customer services are impossible to get hold of. I regret using this company.

Bought a toilet cistern which had a mark on the side, they were not interested and never came back to me when I contacted them, steer clear.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED! Bought a pull down kitchen faucet. The tap does not come with an added weight element which means you have to push the tap back in yourself when in actual fact it should be automatic once you let go of the tap. Not happy with the product and I have already had it installed via kitchen fitters. Not happy with the response from Tap Warehouse who said "The tap design is such that it has to be pushed back in. I hope this answers your query.” This vital piece of information should have been in the product description. Not happy at all!

I bought a Butler and Rose Belfast sink with Butler and Rose tap. What was actually delivered was a RAK sink and an unbranded tap. Both seemed good enough but fundamentally it is not what was advertised and what I thought I had bought. You can buy the same RAK sink and unbranded tap for ~£100 cheaper. Con merchants. No notification of the delivery date/time. Lucky I happened to be in.

This company is terrible, do not buy anything from them. I ordered supplies for my bathroom paying for next day delivery. The order arrived two days later, the sink was badly chipped and replaced a week later. The toilet has basic parts missing, the piping from tank to toilet, flush plate and other things the builders mentioned. I still have not received these parts, the builders are being held up and it is impossible to get any information from this company. I have been sending emails, only to received automated replies apologies for delay and having a live chat with them daily where they reassure me parts will be sent out, yet nothing arrives. In hindsight I'd have been better off going to City Plumbing. The materials may have cost a bit more, but I am paying much more in delays, not to mention the level of frustration at the poor communication.

We ordered a shower tray which arrived half unwrapped and scratched. It had to be sent back. The vanity unit was broken also, the draw was hanging off. it took 8 days to arrive in the first place. To be fair, the customer service is pretty good. They issued a next day replacement on the vanity but it was also broken and scratched. All items are now being sent back and I am awaiting nearly £600 in refunds. I am also holding up the plumber which is costing me extra. I will never order from here again.

Poor customer service. Sink arrived broken refused to replace it. I am having to pursue the repayment from my credit card company. Do NOT use this company.

Purchase was fine, ordering was fine, delivery was fine. Except one of the parts was damaged, I am still struggling to get in touch with them to get a replacement. Nothing to do with CoVid, just very poor customer service. I would have given a zero star rating if it allowed me.

Bought a tap which looked good but didn’t have sufficient flow. To cut a long story short after much obfuscation the final position they adopted was: hot and cold flows must be balanced ie fit a pump to the hot system. Solved the problem with a cheap tap from B&Q still hundred quid out of pocket though! Sure they are great if things go well but true test is how they respond when they don’t. In my case very poor!
