I had an oil painting that was stretched over a wooden frame. I needed to cover the sides of the painting because there were staples and canvas exposed. I used the tape to cover the 4 sides. The tape adhered to the canvas beautifully and my painting is now on display in my home.

Hi, the tape did ship out the same day free of charge via USPS 1st Class mail but unfortunately, the order took longer than the 4 days it's supposed to go from Florida to Hawaii. We offer USPS Priority and UPS options which can be more reliable but they are not free. Please let us know how the tape is working for you and if there is anything else we can do in the future. Thanks! TheTapeDepot Support Support@TheTapeDepot.com/888-282-8273

I understand how important customer feed back is. But the fact is I needed tape and I bought tape. If I need tape again I will buy more. This many emails is counter productive. If buying tape from you means dealing with 5 emails a week, I'll get tape else ware.

Ordered scrapbooking tape and not all of it is reverse wound. This also happened the last time I ordered and I had to reorder to get the correct tape. The box of 24 rolls is mixed, reverse wound and regular.

Hi Joan- This is a common issue with pure adhesive tape. It just needs to be pressed to the other side and pulled through to flip it around. Here is a video many of our customers found very helpful. Also, send us an email, suppport@thetapedepot.com or give us a call at (888) 282-8273. We're happy to walk you through or replace some of the rolls you were not able to use. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLYPkW4H964

When I received my tape refills, every single one of the cores was warped. Anson immediately responded to my email and sent new refills, but there was no label to return the defective ones so I had to email again. In the end I was satisfied with my purchase and especially the price point, but it was more of a hassle than I'd anticipated. Not sure if I'll order again.

I believe I have sent a review before, but I am going to do it again. The price is much better than buying them individually, but the centers that the tape runs on are not completely round and therefore do not roll nicely in the tape gun. I really am quite disappointed as it is a lot of money that goes to waste that way.

The "3" rating above is more or less an average of my experience with Tape Depot and the product I received. Your promptness and accuracy in filling my order would be a "5". However, the product I received, advertised s 30 ft. long, was 29 ft., 8 1/2 inches long, and I needed 30 ft. I rated the product a "1" as a result. I doubt you make this tape; you probably just stock and sell it. However, "shorting" is a very common manufacturing gimmick to "save"(STEAL)some infinitesimal amount of money from the consumer. I speak from experience.
