eventually rewired the heating and got the boiler control working and linked up and working. Manual says need to set up web app but can't find how to yet

I had numorous e-mail flyers. telling me about a 10% sale on selected product ending 28-Dec-15. It was hard to find what was in the sale. There was no indication whether the item I was intereted was in the sale. Tried to phone. There was a message stating the office was cloesed until 4-Jan. I boight the item on the 28-Dec-2015 it the 6-Jan and I still haven't received it

Apologies if you could not get through to the team, the office was indeed closed over the Christmas period. I'm sorry to hear you had difficulty locating product on the site. When the team arrange a sale all items are reduced in that sale, the prices on the site reflect this. We have asked the team to ensure that it is clear on future sales what items are reduced. Customer service on the phones (excellent) but It would be good to know when goods get despatch, as I had to phone 2 times to find out when I will be receiving my items, update by email would give you 5 stars.
