I ordered several LightwasveRF lighting products from the Smartshop. When they arrived 2 of the items were incorrect. I contacted customer services who said it was an error on their part and they would send the correct parts for next day delivery. No parts showed up. 3 days later when I managed to get through on their phone line I was told I'd get a call back after the courier had been contacted. No call back was received. I sent several emails. Not one was responded to. I managed to contact customer service again after a week and was told my parts had been undelivered and returned to the Smartshop. Again I was assured of next day delivery and a tracking number by email - no parts, no tracking number. This company customer service is appalling. I will NEVER use them again.

Assuming they are also known as Gadget_Garage on ebay and the companies house register says they are, they have had my phone for a 3day turn around screen replacement, they sent it back damaged. Now they have had my phone for over a month and refuse to answer messages!! I just want my phone back!!!

I can only add to the previous poor reviews left on here recently. My experience in placing an order for LightwaveRF :- - Unlike most other online companies there is no communication/confirmation of despatch/tracking at all after initial order - Delivery timescales not met - Emails ignored - Chased order and told the order would be with me the following day – no sign of it after several days. - Contacted them again and was told that another package would be despatched. I asked for next day delivery in the circumstances – several days and order still not received. It is now almost 2 weeks since I placed the order – most similar companies would have the product delivered in <48hrs. Online ordering & deliveries are really slick these days – The Smart Shop just don’t get it ! I would strongly advise those who are thinking of using this company – DON’T !

Two orders placed over the last 2 weeks. Delivery on the first order took 6 days and the second order has still not arrived after 8 days. Slow! Online chat does not seem to be monitored and emails not responded too. Also, the phone number is often a recorded message that tells you to call back and has no option to leave a message. Not great really.

Didn't get my order, sent several emails had one response tells me that my parcel had been sent and they wet waiting fir Royal Mail to let them know. I was also told if I didn't received within 24 hour they would arrange a replacement with next day delivery, however they never replied to my emails and there phone number is a joke. Don't buy anything from this company

Excellent easy to use website - keen pricing on Megaman and LightWaveRF LED lights and equipment - very good e.mail follow up of order with delivery information. Good arrived in a few days well packaged. Have purchased previously and have been very satisfied on each occasion.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service from this team and look forward to buying more items from them. I have been in lots of conversations with theSmartShop as my requirements were 'unique' and every single person I talked to was so helpful, if they didn't know the answer they passed me on to someone that did, there was no passing me from one person to another it was straight to the person that knew the answer or a call back, and they always called back. I'm very impressed!

I needed to purchase a smart wifi socket kit. The web page was very clear regarding what equipment I would need. I checked with telephone sales person and she was warm and friendly in her response and clearly answered my queries I am very happy with your service Regards John Kennedy

An initial move into automation I find the smartshop very accommodating in terms of products and price. Their mailing is first class with trackable delivery. I had misfortune to order wrong product item but they immediately agreed to replace the said item. I have since bought more items and now The Smartshop is my preferred supplier of Lightwaverf products

Excellent service. Sent me put a spare cover plate which they had in the office for the price of shipping. It wouldnt be a big trouble to them, but it's amazing that most retailers wouldn't have bothered going to this hassle. Would highly recommend.

Contacted customer service before placing an order for LightwaveRF products as I was unsure about certain aspects. Very fast and professional reply giving all the information I needed and links to get more information on the products. The way customer service should be. Very impressed and will order again :)

Great website to order Lightwave RF products. Do note that the billing address that you are asked to enter will be the shipping address too. If you have a different shipping address, do email the customer care quickly and the friendly staff will amend it for you.

Excellent service, always have everything in stock and dispatched quickly and with a good courier company. Helpful and polite customer service. Never had to use tech help but i am sure if they are as good as the rest of the company then problems would be resolved quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended to several friends

Friendly service. When I called to follow up on an outstanding order my concerns were dealt with immediately. Returns also very well serviced. Will definitely use company again should I require additional products

Firstly received a double dimmer that had already been fitted as cable was still inserted into switch and paint around edge. Secondly spoke to a person next morning who said that shouldn't of happened but they were the last two in stock and more would be in the next day (Friday) and she would make a note on my account for somebody to ring on the Friday to let me no what was happening , as the job was due to be finished on the Thursday. Friday arrived and no call, by this time customer is blowing a gasket which is heading my way!!! Still no call ! I took it on my self to recall, speaking to a different person from the day before who said she could not help me as "she didn't deal with that but should would get some body to call me when someone was free." 6hrs later and not even a message never mind a call. So were does that leave me, not in a very good place with a customer who is not very impressed as to when she is to expect a new switch and me having to chase up a switch that should of been new when delivered and still non the wiser as to what is happening. Let's not get started on the time and money that I have lost. A very unhappy disgruntled customer :((
