“tool was lost in post, correspondence at first, then very quiet when you realised you couldn't trace item. I have been an online tool supplier previously and would have resent item after it looked like customer was not going to receive original. I did order another item the same.....this one turned up ......but still had to purchase twice to get the same item!”

Sorry Wayne, we were under the impression that the parcel had been collected after our last e-mail, rest assured we had the management at DHL trying to help with this at the time but seems we mistakenly assumed it was resolved. We will process a refund right away.

“I love the site and the quality of what they sell. They are always very helpful when I call them but I'm still waiting for glue sticks ,grommets and tap down tips from 4 months ago,I ordered multiple but only got 1 of each,so I've not ordered since,be nice if the stuff I ordered and payed for arrived”

Sorry you feel that way, we review our prices every month as most of our products are imported from the USA, some prices go up, some down, however recently the GBP has fallen against the USD quite dramatically. To carry on offering the service we strive to do we have to adjust with the currencies. That said, the GBP has grown stronger over the past week so the next adjustment should bring the prices down.
