Hi, we have tried on numerous occasions to contact you, we are based in the UK and you have selected "collect in store", if you wish for this item to be shipped to Canada then we would need to charge £29.00 for shipping. We will gladly ship to you on receipt of this payment or refund you if you did not realise we were based in the UK and would prefer to purchase from the USA. Best regards, Jordan @ TDN Tools

Sorry to hear this Darren, in the past the contact number shown was a mobile number and that person is engaged in meetings or overseas quite often. We now have members of staff that are in the office all day Monday to Friday so you should never have a problem contacting us, our main office number is 01733 902512 or 0800 04 33687.

“I recently purchased a battery powered glue gun from TDN PDR TOOLS and there was wee bit of confusion on my part as to which battery would fit to power the glue gun successfully for me to use. I contacted TDN and left a voicemail. Within hrs I had a response from Jordan about the problem. He was out of the country on a tool conference / show..., but that didn't halt the progress of sorting out my issue. Within a couple of days I had pics and part numbers for the correct dewalt battery for the new glue gun. Even the size of battery I should use depending on my useage of the glue gun. All in all a top service from Jordan and the TDN pdr tool supplies.”

“Not recommended this shop. Very massive increased prices. For example Elimadent 14 inch lights from 260 £ to 340£. The best choice is Dentrix, more friendly priced tools.”
