“Genuine product, really fast delivery Don't understand why so many reviews are complaining about fake products. Well, maybe it's from other competitors trying to attack them, I'm not sure but I personally had a fascinating experience. The iPad I ordered performs perfectly, I registered the product on Apple's website and the warranty is without a doubt valid. Also, I made the purchase early this year, in July. Not expected it to come so fast since those complaints about late deliveries online, but somehow I receive the parcel in less than a week! And the price was so good, that is truly impressive! Not able to make many purchases since digital products are expensive, but I will still choose Techinthebasket next time.”

“A good experience I've seen those bad reviews about this website. And yes, I had my suspicions when I placed the order, thought about contacting them for the cancellation. But everything went through so great and the product is perfect! My BOSE headphones are probably the best product I purchased online, not mention the parcel came in a week, 5 working days, faster than 6-8 business days they said on the website. Although the address they put on the website is in Hong Kong (made me wondered if they are selling fake copies) but the parcel I received clearly had a UK address on it, so I'm not worrying about the after-sale service, maybe they are related to another country r what, but at least they are being honest. I'm planning to buy more items for the upcoming holiday season, and I'm expecting they are as good as this purchase!!”

“Faster than I expected, good stuff Placed an order early this year during the COVID-19, they say their delivery time is 6-8 business days but I imagined that it should be delayed in the situation. However, it did not!!! I ended up receiving the parcel in about 5 days!!! Seeing so many reviews complaining about the delivery time, I just have to share my experience, which is totally good and without any issue. The price is good, the quality is good and also the delivery time, though it's only my experience, you can choose to believe it or not. But I think if you are not in a hurry and you give it a shot, you will not regret it.”

“Will without a doubt recommend this website to my friends. Purchased a few devices from this seller, not the fastest deliveries but they are all good experiences. The couriers always do not have my parcels which proves that they are lying (we all have been there), but the customer service team is professional and tells me on which state my orders are. The products, I cannot talk about it enough but I just want to bring that that I purchased a bose qc35 ii for my husband who loves video games, he really loves it, surely about 100 GBP cheaper seems too good to be true, but I have contacted bose and they confirmed the validation of warranty and helped me register it on their official website, don't worry. Also, they value the old customers, I'm actually writing this because one of the members reach to me and provide a coupon code for a good deal by reviewing my shopping experiences.”
