“I have used them for a number of items now. I have bought 2 iPads and an apple watch. In both cases the delivery is a little slower than I would like (just long enough to worry that its not coming), however that is more my impatience (too used to Amazon). Each time I have found the customer services to be responsive, and actually the items have all arrived in perfect condition, with not complaints. Over all the price has been excellent, which is why I keep using them.”

“Saw the spate of negative reviews recently and was very worried about receiving my item but in the last, I received the genuine item at a great price. The item took longer than advertised however please bear in mind Black Friday, cyber Monday, COVID & Xmas period so is a busy time.”

“I’ve ordered the new AirPods Pro and I was warned that delivery may take longer than what was Initially advertised (6-8 business days). The product came intact after 10 days so overall good experience if you don’t mind waiting a little bit longer for a competitive price.”

“Great products, low prices. So happy with my product I read some bad reviews and I got worried and I almost cancelled my order because my product was late. But then I received an email from them and I received a product just as expected. Yes, it was a bit slow but that’s ok. I’m so glad I found this website and that I didn’t cancel the order. Definitely order from them again.”

“Nice service the customer service team kept me posted about my parcel although the delivery was kinda late. The product works without any problem, I did feel uncomfortable that they told me they are selling the international version, but the performance of it totally eased my concerns.”

“Bought air pods pro at the end of November. Genuine item at a great price. “good service It looks like their reviews are bad, but I think it's because people are impatient these days. I for one have a good purchase with this seller, the customer service was nice to me and eased my concerns. If I have to say anything, the shipping time it not good, but how could you ask for more? The price is already great.”

“When I placed the order I was concerned about the fact that their address shows in Hong Kong. I sent a few messages to techinthebasket and the CS team was kind and patient, they gave me appropriate explanations which relieved my worries. Indeed, the watch I ordered is not the UK ver so the Samsung pay does not work on it, but everything else is all so perfect, and the price is really good!”
