Did not dispatch product for 1 week, despite advertising next day despatch. No contact made it reason given as to why. Sent them a complaint about the service and never recieved a response. Would not use again. Plenty of other websites offering similar products at similar prices but with much better customer service.

Ordered a phone battery on 28th Oct 2019, still have not got it on 10th Nov. All they need to do was put it in the post?

Ordered a computer chair for £89 and also paid £9 for “guaranteed next day delivery” which took over a week to come. After countless emails and leaving multiple voicemails on the obviously pointless phone line (which never gets through to anyone) They refunded the delivery and 10% of my order. When they order came it was missing some screws so I had to order some off eBay. This was refunded but still delayed my use of the product even longer. For a company that claims to pride themselves on good customer service it is far from. Would not order from this company again. The 24/48 hour response for emails is a joke when there isn’t an active phone line to use It took nearly a week to get my tracking number, after I checked the number it showed that they did not even dispatch my product until about 5/6 days after ordering it. AVOID

I bought battery for Lg G5, supposed to be original but obviously is fake. After 3 months of uses in hold only for few hours, and after four months it is swallowed and stop working. Really disgresfull, because even not original battery could be really good. But this one was horrible and yet advertised as original. Shame of you

This web site is selling fake Samsung batteries as genuine and they are refusing to give a refund unless i return the fake item at more expense which i am unlikely to ever get back, it is also illegal to return fake goods. I have reported this to Samsung and they are investigating. they only got one star as it was mandatory, this is a truly very very poor Company, AVOID. The photo shows my original samsung battery on the left and the fake on the right.

Ordered ‘New’ apple earphones and they were clearly used. Had dirt and other stuff in the speakers. Disgusting

Lucky to get one star but can’t go any lower. Bought an iPhone X cover and they sent me a iPhone XR cover. Not going to say any more, make up your minds from that.

No delivery of goods after nearly 3 weeks since ordering and getting confirmaton email. Emails get bounced back from queries@doohickey-hut saying inbox full. No response from info@doohickey-hut. Not impressed at all!

Ordered an item over a week ago for a birthday gift. Delivery stated 3-5 working days it’s now 7 working days. I’ve emailed twice with no reply and calling just goes to a messaging service. Not happy.

Absolutely shocking company! I purchased the Samsung gear fit2 for as a Christmas present for my daughter. It came very quickly and that’s where everything about this company goes downhill for me. It never charged once opened despite following numerous websites to troubleshoot the issue. I emailed the company to tell them and was told to contact Samsung UK. On giving Samsung the serial number they told me there was nothing they could do as the item was made outside of a region that the warranty can be sorted. I instantly informed doohickey and I was told to send the item back via recorded delivery. Once checked they will issue a refund within 24-48 hours. Well that never happened and I emailed them again to see if they’d received it as I had photographic evidence they had. They once again told me they had it and would refund me within 24-48 hours. This again passed without a payment. So I emailed once again I got a response saying ‘this should’ve been processed but will speak to the director to make sure it gets refunded! This still hasn’t happened weeks later and they are now ignoring all emails! Shocking customer service and care and now opened up a claim with PayPal to get the money back. Do not believe the good reviews on here as I suspect some may be fake!
