Received my phone case, not in Apple packaging just a plastic bag. Looks very fake and now not responding to emails. Would never purchase again and would avoid purchasing.

Absolutely terrible, would definitely not recommend! Bought an Apple keyboard ... 1. Did not come in original packaging. 2. Item was packaged poorly. 3. Item arrived very damaged, which was not from packaging, but more looked very used. Did get the money back and had the issue relatively quickly resolved with customer service... BUT Why send poor quality items out in the first place? Could have saved me a lot of time and effort dealing with this. Definitely not buying from them again. Ps. Delivery took ages as well.

I ordered a charging lead for my Sony Experia, it arrived two days later but was the wrong one. I returned it, at a cost of £2.45, with details of why it was wrong and asking for it to be replaced with the correct lead. Three days later an envelope arrived containing exactly the same lead. I have just paid another £2.45 to return it and asked for a refund. They would be great people to deal with, if only they could supply what you want.

It advertised that it would charge the iPad I have. No it doesn’t, doesn’t charge it but will charge my iPhone. I needed it for the iPad and doesn’t work.

I’m sorry to say it is tiny and flimsy and I haven’t got it to work on my phone android or iPad like you see on You Tube. Not recommending this one.

I received the goods (an Apple keyboard) which was intended as a present, however the quality was poor. It had dents in the corners from inadequate packaging, broken seals, no instructions or USB lead and signs of use (including someone else's hair - hopefully not pubic?). So I sent it back for a refund however they then denied having received it. Luckily I had proof of postage and receipt so after some emails arguing about my rights under the Distance Selling Regulations they eventually refunded me. I would wholly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY. Waste of time and dishonest.

Very disappointed, bought a phone recharger which stopped working after four months. I reported this and their response was 'Tough, it was guarenteed for three month so not our problem'. I expected much more.

Bought a supposedly genuine Galaxy S7 Edge battery. It arrived without shrink wrap with half the label with all the battery detail cut away. I have no confidence in this battery being genuine and am not going to dismantle my phone for a dodgy battery. Had no reply to my email and no one available on the phone.

I ordered what was offered as an 'Official Apple Magic 2 Wireless Keyboard' but was sent one with Norwegian symbols on it. Problem No.1 - Dishonest and false representation of a product. It was returned via recorded delivery and signed for on the 7th February. Problem No. 2 - It took several emails (don't bother calling as they never answer) to get my money refunded 13 days later on the 20th February. Lesson learned - Low price does not guarantee quality and this company are definitely not quality.

The Magik Mac Keyboard does not work correctly - neither of the keys are relevant to the keys! I now have to waste more time sending this back - This keyboard was sold under false pretences
