Official Samsung Galaxy S7 Clear View Flip Cover was shown as in stock but Edge sent to me in error. Customer services tried to tell me it was my mistake even though the order clearly showed a S7 and NOT S7 Edge case had been ordered. Refused to send some way of me returning the item free of post to them. I turned the cover to them on the 2nd July, still waiting for them to confirm receipt of returned item and refund of £26:31 (cover plus return postage). Really not happy

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! I bought one Samsung Gear Fit Pro 2 watch which was delivered within the correct time frame and I then ordered a second watch on 14 June 2019 with a 1 to 3 day delivery time. I have still not received the second watch and have been e mailing and calling since Friday but no response from either. Unless you have money to throw away DO NOT USE this company

The service is so poor, I would rate it under 1 star. I ordered an apple magic keyboard, whilst an original apple keyboard arrived, it was in fact a Norwegian keyboard, with unwanted keys and missing crucial keys on a British keyboard. Do not order this unless you are prepared to go without the keys you are used to on a British keyboard, like colons, semicolons, £ signs etc. As yet I have no acknowledgement that the keyboard has returned and no refund. I have no faith in the integrity of the Business.

I don’t believe that this is a new product. The headphones did not come in apple packaging. Has a scuff on the section that connect to the phone and has dirt in the earphones. I would not have paid this price for second hand earphones!

I bought two iPhone chargers which were delivered tied up with a rubber band with no signs of authenticity. A half excuse given and no reply since when I asked for proof of authenticity.

Hopeless experience so far - Ordered a phone battery, it arrived damaged, connector tab broken off and had been dropped on one corner the battery was crushed, no damage to the packaging, so must have been packed damaged. Fair do's, they sent a replacement. Guess what - its also arrived damaged - same thing, the connector tab is broken off again. Don't these people check their product before stuff is sent, especially when I have already had one bad experience? I have complained again, lets see if they get it right the 3rd time

Customer service is very poor. I tried to call them few times but only got an answer machine. I placed an order at 9.15 am and five minutes later realised it will not work with my phone. Tried to call them to cancel - nobody picked. Emailed them three times, first asking them if they could confirm it would work with my phone and if not could they cancel the order. Second and third emails asking them to cancel the order. By 1pm I had an email confirming dispatch.I tried to call them again - only answer machine. Emailed them again and finally two hours later received an email saying they did not receive my previous emails and there is nothing they can do. Please note the previous emails were sent to the same email address. To summaries,: quick dispatch, nobody to answer your calls and only some emails are replied back to. If there is a problem they are not interested to help. It is all about sales and zero customer service. Still waiting for a full refund. They said they have not received my return. I emailed them a proof of postage but had no reply.

doesn't seem authentic returned back a beginning of week no refund yet gonna go through paypal won't buy again from here bad communication already sent two emails.

Was sent the wrong case. Every time I have tried to get in contact it says e-mail is invalid. Dont bother ordering through them unless you are okay with paying for product that isnt what you order, nor fitting for your phone.

I purchased an item a year ago and i was very pleased with the product. However i've recently purchased another (same pair) and i received it in a semi new condition by that i mean the ear buds were very dusty. Also the first time i've used it, i could hear static as i inserted it inside my phone which was weird as i just received them that day.

Last time i returned an item, i only recieved received half a refund and despite the continuous contact saying i never received the rest, i still never got the remainder of the refund. Decided to purchase something again a few months later hoping that it was a one off, as never had issues before. Then this time i dont even recieve my order and was told to wait a couple more days, depsite already waiting over a week and paying for first class delivery (1-3 days)! So I've asked for a full refund this time and wont be shopping here again and will be taking things further if i dont receive a refund in full this time

Unable to get a VAT receipt from Doohickey-Hut. Have sent numerous emails and received no response. Tried calling the number on the website but number does not dial out.

Do yourself a favour and don't shop here. Thought price was too good to be true and as usual it was. Bought a Samsung Gear Fit Watch as a Christmas gift. It arrived pretty quick which seemed good. I decided to charge it to make sure everything was ready for Christmas day. Then it began. The watch wouldn't turn on. Eventually I called Samsung who said take it to their shop. Went there and they checked the serial number and advised it has originated from United Arab Emirates and they can't work on them at all. Straight away I contacted this mob and they took ages to reply and I mean like 1 reply per day if I was lucky. Eventually told me to return it to them so done it recorded delivery which cost a few quid but well worth it so it was tracked. Gave it a few days and no word. Then chased them up again to be told it hadn't arrived yet. Checked the tracking number to see it was signed for the day previous. Straight on to them again. I'll add here while I remember everything was done by email as when you call the only number available you go through to a company operating on their behalf which says you're in a queue then approx 30 seconds later tells you to leave a message. Guess how many replies I got to my message?? Middle of a doughnut! Anyway eventually I was told a refund will be processed in the next few days. Nothing more official. Just the next few days. Eventually I got an email saying refund has been processed. Allow a few days for payment to come through. Granted this was around Xmas time but it genuinely took more than 2 weeks to come through. I'll be honest I expected to receive nothing and then have to go through bank etc. In short, the prices seem decent but you will no doubt be shafted one way or another. Do yourself a favour and spend a couple quid extra and buy from a more reputable company. Never heard of this mob before ordering from them but it's a lesson learnt at least. In the end I got a more up to date watch from Argos with a lot less hassle and if I do have any issue I can pop in and sort it. Doohickey-hut can take a flying **** to themselves.

Ordered a charger paid £8.99 for next day delivery and it never came. Contacted there awful customer services they refunded me for the delivery but told me that they couldn't refund me for the charger that never even got descpatched...apparently thats down to royal mail even though it is still saying its preparing for dispatch 2 weeks later! Please dont order from here as if you have any problems they wont help you like they claim.

The worst online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a phone case and they sent the wrong one. I then had to pay to send it back. After a number of emails which they do not read, they sent me another phone case. Again not the phone case I ordered. How hard can it be to send out the item a customer orders. They don't care, they just send you what they have to hand even if it's not want you wanted. I will never order from them again.

Amused that they have asked for a review despite non delivery of item. Have promised refund but none received to date. Have had to raise a case with PayPal. Very disappointing customer service and would not recommend anyone uses them. You can only contact them through email where they are good at replying eventually but do not deliver on any promise.
