“Absolutely appalling customer service. I received the product but it was damaged, scratched all over and looked pre-owned, which was not stated anywhere on the website or description that it would be a pre-owned product. Then upon emailing DooHickey-Hut i received nothing but an automated email, and then once they had responded it was a half hearted ' just send it back ' email. All in all, i feel my concerns and complaints were not adhered to at all and the product that was sent out to me was damaged, not good customer service at all.”

“Poor communication between myself and company - nearly 10 days chasing for tracking details to be told that it hadn't been put on the system yet... and then a further two weeks chasing for a refund.”

“Where do I start, They do NOT answer the phone they do NOT reply to email, I paid for extra for next day delivery and got package one week later. It was used item and was clearly stated as new.....I did NOT bother to contact them any further LOST £15 STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROUGH YOUR MONEY AWAY.....”

“My partner bought me a samsung fit 2 for my birthday, the watch did not work so we returned it with Royal Mail tracked delivery. Doohickey-hut recieved the item 12 days ago. She has not recieved her money back and they don't bother to reply to her e-mails. Really shoddy company.”

“Terrible service still trying to resolve an issue with either faulty or copies Samsung headphones I pointed out the headphones are different from my Samsung original headphones there reply was they are Apple headphone ??? Wow would be very carefull as they have yet to resolve the issue going to trading standards after I check with the Samsung shop I glasgow if there copies then open an issue with PayPal You have been warned”

“the item i received was badly packaged and was not new it was the samsung oculus gear 2017 it came used and second hand i did notify yourselves and was told to send the item back for a refund but that could mean i end up with no refund and no item i dont feel comfortable with your company i will put this down to experience never again”

“DON’T purchase from this retailer I bought a supposedly ‘original’ Apple charger and cable and what I received was far from it, the charger itself has comepltly different symbols than the original one I bought from Apple and it takes ages to charge my phone, a waste of money. If you want to buy original products don’t buy it from here if you want to buy fake products that are overprice go right ahead.”
