The black headphones looked ok but the sound quality is shit. Sounds nothing like the original that came from Samsung handset box. I not happy .

Item not received. We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of customer satisfaction is a joke I'm afraid... I reported the fact that my item had not been received almost a week ago and still I am faced with excuses and further delay tactics. The person responding to the query does not even bother to read the content correctly before replying merely pointing out what is already known ie the has been shipped. The item has not been tracked but apparently Royal Mail have advised via a crystal ball considering the thousands of parcels and packages they handle everyday they have experienced some delays in some depots and that they should wait another 5 working days from the time the person contacted them this will take me to over 2 weeks from when I ordered the item and considering I ordered these earphones for my holiday which I go on on Monday now without my earphones.... for me you judge someone in there ability to resolve a problem which clearly they can't.... let's hope you get your order cuz your in trouble if you don't cuz computer says no!!

In ear headphones do not fit. The item was not supplied with different size seals as advertised by Apple for the original product.

my parcel got delivered to a wrong location and the people from the company did not correct the address even thought I sent out numerous e-mails for this issue.

I filled in the incorrect post code for an address and sent numerous e-mails to correct this but no one bothered to help me. Very poor service, very bad experience, I dot recommend using this company. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and now I have to sort this out with royal mail

Arrives in good time, but both chargers arrived without packaging, and were faulty (looked fake) Emailed straight away with problem, no reply, sent them back with letter of complaint, still no reply, no refund , now 10 days. Poor customer service, poor company!

Doesn't deserve 1 Star!! 11 days after ordering still no headphones - several emails, telephone messages and no reply. Ordered in good time for sons birthday after reading all good reviews. Would not recommend. have now took dispute up with Paypal Have one very upset son and angry parents

I bought wireless samsung charger which came with ouf packaging looked cheap and was not working and the tempered glass screen protector for my s8+ but they sended me s8 screen protector so i had to spend £5xtra to send the things back and now i have to keep chasing them about my money back

Not genuine products - do not fall for it! The MacBook charger I ordered was not an official Apple one and I had to return it. (previous review deleted...)

My previous review was deleted??? Now I understand how the rating is so high! Do not use this company!! Ordered Monday and paid for next day delivery and still not arrived by Friday morning. No reply to email and no way to track order. There is a reason why everything is so cheap!

Delivery very slow. Even when I paid for 1st Class delivery, it has been over a week and item still hasn't arrived. Poor service as no reply from support email.

Appalling service. Same as reviewer below, I ordered iphone case #47896 on 30/12/16 for 1-3 day delivery & paid premium for this. Never arrived; no tracking details on website; no response from phone call to customer service; no response to latest emails. I will never use this company again nor recommend them.

Item has not arrived some two and a half weeks after order. No dispatch notification received, so decided to contact customer services two weeks after order placement. address details confirmed via email, but have heard nothing back since. First item that has ever failed to be delivered to my address(!), and holding on to hope that the issue will be resolved in time. First order from Doohickey Hut, likely to be my last.
