Good Morning Max, I'm sorry to hear we've come across in a way you think is suspicious! We send out review requests on a set schedule, which is fully automated. The process is as follows: 1) An order is placed on our website. 2) Once the order is marked as shipped, a review invitation is queued to send. 3) 2-3 days later, the review request is sent. If an order is placed later in the week, after our shipping cutoff on Thursday for example (as your order was) the review email gets queued and send within 2-3 days. Not often, but sometimes it'll get there before the product. I can see you got your review request 21 hours ago. (Sunday - which isn't a normal delivery day for our courier unfortunately). However, I can see from the tracking information we gave you via email that the order is due for delivery today between 12:32 and 13:32 with live updates available on the tracking page. i bought what i thought a New computor that turned out to be refurbished the screen keeps going blank and emails have completely dissapeared while still wrighting them pls send me details of how to return this product regards lance

Good Afternoon. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the condition of the item. We clearly state the condition of our goods on our product pages and include that minjor scratches and cosmetic defects are common on refurbished items. If you're not happy with the condition of the goods, you are more than welcome to return it to us for a full refund as we state in our terms and conditions and communication with you. I would also like to point out that we offered, and you accepted a £15 refund as a gesture of goodwill due to the number of purchases you've made with us. I'm sorry you were disappointed, but the cosmetic defects on this device are extremely minimal with minor marks on the lid and some more marks on the base of the device that is completely out of view during normal use. Item does not work. The instructions sent with the item were for a laptop and not a monitor.

Hi Michelle, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the product you purchased. Unfortunately, the monitor is not compatible with the laptops you wanted to use it with, the laptops must be able to provide display output over USB Type-C. Unfortunately this seems to be a limitation on the products you tried to use it with. The device we sent has been tested since back and is definitely working with compatible devices. We do apologise for the confusion that arose with the quick start guide we include with all our products. We mainly sell laptops, and the card we send is generic. It also contains other useful information, but I can understand how this may have been confusing. Full product guides usually come with the products in addition to the quick start guides we include ourselves, and further information can be found on the manufacturers websites. The package arrived and although the outter package box wasn’t damaged the actual mobile phone box was badly damaged, as photo shows. This tells me that the item was dispatched in this state! Therefore TEKshop were in full knowledge, which is very disappointing. I paid a lot of money for this item, and didn’t expect to be treated in this way!

I brought an Asus touchscreen chromebook and the keyboard doesn't even work and it's been less than a year
