Ordered Lenovo all-in-one on Saturday, didn't receive any despatch details until Monday and pc arrived on Tuesday - not quite the speedy delivery I was expecting. Purchased as new but surprised to find no documention, set up instructions or guarantee details in the box. Surely these should have been included.

Sorry you received your order later than you expected. However, we offer next business day shipping if the order is placed before 2pm on a business day. We aren't open on weekends, so we're not able to ship until Mondays. You received your item on Tuesday with next working day shipping. This is explained in more detail on our website. Regarding the documentation. This is industry wide, many manufacturers are no longer including as much paperwork, the user manual, should it be required, can be found on the manufacturers website for download. I specifically ordered from TEKshop because of next-day delivery. My laptop wasn't delivered next day and I was not updated about the delivery until the laptop was delivered.

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order. I've checked the tracking which we provided to you when the order shipped, and it shows there was a redirection delay in the DPD process. Sadly, as they're a third party service it is outside of our control. Though I can confirm we shipped the order the same day you ordered it with a next day tracked service. We will speak to DPD abut this. I can also see that they sent you an SMS and an email to the number you provided when you ordered on the 8th. Good Afternoon, We do apologise for the delay on delivery for this order. Usually we're absolutely on target with next working day delivery - but sadly due to the extreme weight of this product, our courier was unable to take it. We had to source and alternative courier to get it to you. Once again, my apologies for any inconvenience caused. All the best! TEKShop.

Two important screws were missing from my monitor base, so I was unable to assemble it. I was pleased with the response and the missing screws arrived 2 days later. Maybe the origin box from Samsung was not checked before delivery?

Good Morning, We really are sorry that those screws were missing! Sadly as it's a new item, we aren't able to break the seals to open and inspect the contents as a lot of customers don't like it when their products come with broken factory seals.
