“Nothing wrong with the purchase process - price & delivery, however having opted out of all marketing emails I've had email after email hitting my inbox - including half a dozen asking for a review. So here it is. Don't spam folks who have opted out of marketing.”

Good Morning, I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with the delivery. However, there are a couple of things - you purchased this item at 7pm on Thursday, our same day dispatch cut-off is 2pm and unfortunately we can't dispatch any items at 7pm at night. So this was dispatched on Friday. Our delivery options are 2 business days - sadly as it's been the weekend, this doesn't count toward the two day delivery. You should receive your delivery on Tuesday. I hope this helps to explain a little. It's shame, but sadly weekends really do interfere with deliveries, especially ones going quite some distance up the country. Please let us know once you've received it so we know everything is ok. “Easy to purchase from, but the next-day delivery (ordered Thursday) will not arrive until Monday 17th!”

Good Morning, thank you for the kind words. I'm sorry that you're disappointed with the delivery however. We do try and make it clear on the website that it's next working day delivery with a 2pm cut-off. We've put this information at the top of every page and on the individual products, but since your review I have noticed that it says next day delivery at the top, and only next working day on the products.
