“Good website, easy to use. Purchased an open box Acer desktop PC which was super fast delivery. Packaged really well and has been working fine to date. My only grumble is there was no set up guide included with the PC, however I managed ok. A cordless keyboard and mouse was included but I had no idea how to connect these so I used my existing plug in ones.”

“I offered a new laptop on new year’s day 2026 at a fantastic price- about ££150 cheaper than any other seller. Even though it was a holiday period, the item arrived on Tuesay6th January as promised. I was kept fully informed of where the parcel was and was particularly impressed that it arrived within the one-hour window I was given the night before. I have set up the laptop and it is working well although Windows 11 is proving difficult to adjust to after Windows 10. As a result, I am having difficulty moving my photos from my old laptop. All the other files etc transferred successfully during the initial set up! The laptop itself, looks good, is very light and very quick thanks to its i7 processor. I would recommend this Samsung laptop and TEKshop as a retailer.”

“My husband wasn't sure whether or not to purchase his 'Opened box' chromebook from TEKshop or buy a new one from Curry's. So at 14.30 on 22nd December he phoned TEKshop and had a very helpful conversation that saved him £70 off Curry's price (£100 off rrp) delivery came promptly and efficiently by 16.00 the following day. So far so good. Nothing seems to be wrong with the chromebook and is as good as new. Thank you for swift prompt service. The delivery driver paul had been having problems on day of delivery with his electronic device but still delivered on time.”

“I’ve been scouting for a good gaming tower PC for my daughter. She’s been doing so good at school that I just had to really work and save for it. Looking around, I have just added stuff in the basket but never checked out. Until I stumbled upon TEKShop. I’ve never heard of them but the reviews from prior customers were legit and convincing. Honestly? They deliver on their promise! The promptness, the delivery, the care of the packaging, the updates, the price! They have it all! Even their website was so easy to navigate and understand.
