“Many thanks for your product. It come promptly and nicely packed. Verygood service. I'm not very technical, I ordered this cable to transfer data from one computer to another. Both of computers was supposed to automatically recognise when plaged in, unfortunately one computer didn't react at all and the other wrote that can't recognise it. So back to squer one.”

Thank you for the review, however it's entirely because you're 'not very technical' (as prescribed to yourself) that you're having issues. You purchased a USB-C cable and appear to be trying to use it to directly link two computers together for copying files. This isn't what the cable is made for and simply will not work the way you want it to. This isn't a product issue, it's a simple knowledge/expertise gap of yours. Had you contacted us for support (or should you choose to at some point still), we'd have been very happy to point you in the right direction. Thank you, Mark @TEKshop

“Wanted a laptop for my teenage son; he's very into video editing and 3D image building. Laptops on the whole are now very expensive, even for so-called budget models, so I was delighted to see that the 1 Acer laptop that I was interested in was pretty much £300 cheaper as an "open-box" option with TekShop than buying new. I've never used TekShop before but was reassured by theor TrustPilot ratings, so took a chance. Next day delivery too ..... Well .... we're DELIGHTED with the laptop - it looks and feels BRAND NEW .... not a mark on it. The performance seems very good ( responsive, fast, no bloatware ) and is quicker than my more expensive Dell laptop by some margin !! One very happy customer ( and son !! ) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :))”

“Bought the Acer Predator Helios 16 PH16-72 and it was a GREAT laptop at an AMAZING price. I was unsure at firsr but ever since I haven't regretted it even once for the past 5 months. Recently had an issue with it but Tekshop was swift with fixing it (SSD related issue) and sending it back in top notch condition. Well impressed and very happy! 100% buying with them again in future. I'd like to also personally thank Paul and Danny for their amazing customer support and upbeat demeanor! I appreciate you legends especially!”

“My first purchase from TEKSHOP and to be honest I was a little apprehensive as there's so much scamming going on and I was not familiar with this online store. However, they were offering a Panasonic Lumix GX8 described as "New" and this camera has not been in production for a number of years and I'd been looking for a near new condition used one. So I took a chance and have rarely been so pleased. TEKSHOP provided an excellent service and supplied the item exactly as described: Boxed and sealed and on opening the box everything (even the CD ROM instruction manual was pristine. Exactly as TEKSHOP had described. What's more they supplied the item with a couple of days and it was sold at a very fair price. A great service!! Well Done, I've found a new supplier 😀👍”

“Very impressed with range of products and customer service. I needed a high spec laptop and this was one of the very few places online that had what I needed.
