“Fast service - next day delivery. Wireless keyboard didn't work. The on light comes on for 5 seconds. So far no issues with the computer.”

“All went well except on the 31st December 2024, the Driver perhaps felt not to bang the flap to the door. I was awake downstairs with the lights on but did not hear the person. I called to comoplain but i saw a picture of my front door pouch and realised he/she had been.”

“Bought a new laptop for my new job! Good communication, my computer came quickly and with no issue, unfortunately (I know that I bought a reconditioned laptop) but it had quite a deep scratch on the inside of the casing which probably should’ve been noted on the description? otherwise I’m very happy!”

“Price of laptop was good, and the spec fitted my needs. Product arrived promptly, was well packaged, and appears to have installed and booted up ok. Only disappointment was that the laptop arrived whilst I was on holiday, and just left on my doorstep for several days. Fortunately it was quite well packaged, but this isn't what I expect for such an expensive item. To be fair the packaging did have a label instructing DPD to not leave the package unattended, but TEKShop needs to ensure that DPD delivers in compliance with the instructions as this was very disappointing.”

“I was impressed by your promptness in delivering our products. But, I received a message that our products had been put in our neighbours porch. We are 150 but was informed that they had delivered it at 152, I couldn't understand. I went to our neighbour and found nothing delivered there. The parcel was delivered at our place eventually. The information was misleading. Thanx”

“Laptop works fine and good, so I am happy with the technology and fit for the purpose.So recommended. Lid exterior has a couple minor damages, so there is a cosmetic issue, which was not mentioned, but I don't want a refund.”
