“Bought a new Acer Aspire Pc (listed as Grade A) Arrived in a random box but well packaged inside. Gave the unit a good check over, I was pushed to find any cosmetic issue with it at all. I think the only difference with this Grade A and the new or Box opened is that they would come with original box and possibly a quick start guide (neither of which I'm bothered about) and a chance of some cosmetic damage (of which I didn't see any. Computer booted up straight away and staright to configuration of Windows 11. The whole proccess was exactly as you would expect when buy something on-line. I would recomend TEKshop to any friends looking for new tech (rather than going to that big highstreet shop that sounds like it might actually sell food!!!)”

Good Afternoon. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the condition of the item. We clearly state the condition of our goods on our product pages and include that minjor scratches and cosmetic defects are common on refurbished items. If you're not happy with the condition of the goods, you are more than welcome to return it to us for a full refund as we state in our terms and conditions and communication with you. I would also like to point out that we offered, and you accepted a £15 refund as a gesture of goodwill due to the number of purchases you've made with us. I'm sorry you were disappointed, but the cosmetic defects on this device are extremely minimal with minor marks on the lid and some more marks on the base of the device that is completely out of view during normal use. “Very pleased with the service provided by TEKshop. I had been looking for a particular laptop but was unable to find it anywhere. TEKshop said that it was available from them; it stated that it was unused but it was "open box". Ordering was straightforward and the laptop was delivered on time. The laptop was in pristine condition and was precisely what I hoped it would have been. The bonus was that the price was substantially lower than it would have been to get something similar from elsewhere. Based on my experience with TEKshop on this occasion, I found them to be faultless and would definitely consider them in future.”

And a hood price.
