“Great value Chromebook. Delivery was super fast, and free. The Chromebook is excellent, and a more up-to-date variant of the model than you'd get from the big name retailers. It was an "Open box" deal, but I don't think the box had even been opened, as the security seal seemed to be intact. Overall very pleased. I would definitely use TEKshop again for a similar purchase.”

Due to the value of the goods, additional security measures were taken to prevented fraud and the supplier communicated clearly on the change of delivery date (2 day delivery instead of next day). “Ordered Lenovo all-in-one on Saturday, didn't receive any despatch details until Monday and pc arrived on Tuesday - not quite the speedy delivery I was expecting. Purchased as new but surprised to find no documention, set up instructions or guarantee details in the box. Surely these should have been included.”

Sorry you received your order later than you expected. However, we offer next business day shipping if the order is placed before 2pm on a business day. We aren't open on weekends, so we're not able to ship until Mondays. You received your item on Tuesday with next working day shipping. This is explained in more detail on our website. Regarding the documentation. This is industry wide, many manufacturers are no longer including as much paperwork, the user manual, should it be required, can be found on the manufacturers website for download. “Very pleased with service from TecShop. My computer arrived within two days. The Acer computer I purchased - apart from the usual convoluted process in setting it up - is working very well indeed and I'm very pleased with it. “Delighted!! Found the laptop I wanted at a great price plus got 5% off. Ordered 1pm Thursday and it arrived 12noon Friday! The laptop was categorised as 'Grade A' and seems to be in perfect condition. I set it up straight away with no worries and am loving using it”
