“The package arrived and although the outter package box wasn’t damaged the actual mobile phone box was badly damaged, as photo shows. This tells me that the item was dispatched in this state! Therefore TEKshop were in full knowledge, which is very disappointing. I paid a lot of money for this item, and didn’t expect to be treated in this way!”

“Had the item i wanted in stock, great customer service and fantastic delivery and email communication. Was able to call up and check item. “Easy to navigate and find what I wanted and clear information on the page. purchased and open box item and it came in it's origonal bpx with security tape intact. “Despite a couple of delivery hiccups Tekshop delivered. I bought a laptop that had some problems that weren't fixable by me so I had to send it back but. Tekshop were helpful and sorted the return out. But I still needed a laptop so I looked to see what Tekshop had, I bought one over the phone and the lad who dealt with me was very helpful and the laptop itself is fab. All in all I'd have no problem buying from Tekshop again.”

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order. I've checked the tracking which we provided to you when the order shipped, and it shows there was a redirection delay in the DPD process. Sadly, as they're a third party service it is outside of our control. Though I can confirm we shipped the order the same day you ordered it with a next day tracked service. We will speak to DPD abut this. I can also see that they sent you an SMS and an email to the number you provided when you ordered on the 8th.
