“very good customer service, laptop delivered next day”

“Needed to replace my desktop as it couldn't update to Windows 11. Saw several both on-line and in-store. I found an HP which had all the connections and facilities I required at £479. I then found the same almost new HP desktop at TekShop for £299, which I bought. I have now set this up and it is all working well and does everything I wanted it to do. Would highly recommend TekShop. I haven't had to contact customer services for any reason.”

Hi Michelle, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the product you purchased. Unfortunately, the monitor is not compatible with the laptops you wanted to use it with, the laptops must be able to provide display output over USB Type-C. Unfortunately this seems to be a limitation on the products you tried to use it with. The device we sent has been tested since back and is definitely working with compatible devices. We do apologise for the confusion that arose with the quick start guide we include with all our products. We mainly sell laptops, and the card we send is generic. It also contains other useful information, but I can understand how this may have been confusing. Full product guides usually come with the products in addition to the quick start guides we include ourselves, and further information can be found on the manufacturers websites. I can see we've accepted it back and provided a full refund to you. Kind Regards, TEKshop.

“All went well except on the 31st December 2024, the Driver perhaps felt not to bang the flap to the door. I was awake downstairs with the lights on but did not hear the person. I called to comoplain but i saw a picture of my front door pouch and realised he/she had been.”

“AS I WROTE BEFORE, DELIVERY ARRIVED ON THE NEXT DAY OF PURCHSE. PACKAGING WAS GOOD. I DON'T KNOW COMPUTING, ONLY USE THE INTERNET/ EMAIL/... IT IS A SHORT TIME THAT I AM USING THIS WINDOWS 11 LAPTOP, IT HAS A LITTLE DIFFERENCES COMPARE TO WIN 10. I THINK IT IS GOOD, +900GB MEMORY/ 16 GB RAM= FAST I ONLY CAN SAY , THAT I AM HAPPY WITH THAT. THANKS OF TEKSHOP / NOTTINGHAM”
