“I recently purchased two laptops from Tekshop to replace two Windows 10 devices.Initialy, I was buying one,but I was impressed with the service,and overall purchasing experience, that I returned after a few weeks to buy the second. They are honest with their summaries,one device was an "open box", but was new and never used. Delivery next day was by a reputable courier. I would certainly recommend Tekshop to friends and family.”

“Very impressed with the service. I had placed an order on their Ebay page, and changed my mind to a computer I saw on their webpage. They handled the cancellation and refund of the Ebay order and replacement order fast and efficiently. Delivery was excellent, and I was most impressed with the packaging of the computer. The Acer computer is exactly as described and I'm very happy with it.”

“I found TEKshop while searching a few months ago for a new All in One PC and bookmarked their site.They had a decent selection at some excellent prices. The web site was very clear as to what the different grade options were. I chose an ‘Open Box’ and the PC had not been used before as stated and did not arrive in a ‘factory fresh box’ as they made clear could be the case. But hey after a week of use, who actually cares. Service was excellent, I ordered over the weekend and messaged to say please could it be sent on the Monday for a Tuesday delivery as I was going to be at home all day. They responded early on Monday am saying they would do their best and I soon received a confirmation it was being sent with DPD to arrive on the Tuesday. I found TEKshop excellent from start to finish and most importantly the PC is in A1 condition and I am nearly £400 better off than a totally untouched and unopened box. 😎👍”
