TEKshop is a family business with over 10 years of experience trading on eBay and Amazon. We aim to offer a wide range of IT equipment and electronics to both home and business users.

“Really helpful Customer Support - spotted a mistake in the order and emailed to check and correct details before dispatching. Fast dispatch and delivery, well packaged item at a very good price. Very helpful, friendly, supportive and professional service.”

“Price of laptop was good, and the spec fitted my needs. Product arrived promptly, was well packaged, and appears to have installed and booted up ok. Only disappointment was that the laptop arrived whilst I was on holiday, and just left on my doorstep for several days. Fortunately it was quite well packaged, but this isn't what I expect for such an expensive item. To be fair the packaging did have a label instructing DPD to not leave the package unattended, but TEKShop needs to ensure that DPD delivers in compliance with the instructions as this was very disappointing.”

“I was impressed by your promptness in delivering our products. But, I received a message that our products had been put in our neighbours porch. We are 150 but was informed that they had delivered it at 152, I couldn't understand. I went to our neighbour and found nothing delivered there. The parcel was delivered at our place eventually. The information was misleading. Thanx”

Usually we're absolutely on target with next working day delivery - but sadly due to the extreme weight of this product, our courier was unable to take it.
