“I had a query regarding delivery to a different address for a family member. The gentleman I spoke to was helpful & reassuring. I then went ahead to order a brand new laptop, which was despatched within an hour of my order. The family member confirmed safe delivery in very robust packaging the following day. The laptop was exactly as described, brand new!. The price matched the lowest I found on the internet, and was in stock for immediate delivery rather than having to wait 3 weeks for Amazon to get stock in. My family member is very happy and said we must look at Tekshop when we next need to replace/upgrade a computer.”

“I bought a refurbished Chromebook - did a little more research than usual as hadn't come across TEKshop before, but they are 100% legit. Item arrived next day (free postage!) And was packaged really well and in absolutely mint condition. Feel I have bagged an absolute bargain.”

“Excellent service from start to delivery and beyond (I had a slight problem that was easily fixed by a short phone call). I only have one tiny niggle - the unit that I purchased was advertised online as supplied with Windows 11 Home installed - it arrived with Windows 11S - no big deal but it did cause a delay in installing anti-virus software (BitDefender) for protection as it was not available on Microsoft Store. The unit itself was very well packed and in great condition and my partned is delighted with her replacement for her previous 2016 Acer laptop.”

“Mark was extremely helpful with a few questions I had regarding the before and after purchase of my HP laptop His response was very quick I have only had my laptop for 24hrs and haven’t used it very much mostly switch it on and charging the battery as the guide I received explained. It has done all its updates and looks and feel good but can’t really put much in the review at this moment in time Maybe will have an update in a week or so”

“Bought an Acer chromebook . It arrived promptly and extremely securely packaged. Excellent condition and all as promised . Having mostly used Android phone and Huawei tablet for years I had to relearn a lot of things . So, my only criticism would be that perhaps a simple printed tutorial regarding Files and SD card info would be good . Otherwise very pleased with this company .”

“I purchased a reconditioned laptop, described as A1 condition. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Other than not having the original packaging, I couldn't tell it wasn't brand new. Saving money and environmentally friendly, what's not to like! Very good service, would thoroughly recomend Tekshop.”
