Bought an Acer chromebook . It arrived promptly and extremely securely packaged. Excellent condition and all as promised . Having mostly used Android phone and Huawei tablet for years I had to relearn a lot of things . So, my only criticism would be that perhaps a simple printed tutorial regarding Files and SD card info would be good . Otherwise very pleased with this company .
