I had a query regarding delivery to a different address for a family member. The gentleman I spoke to was helpful & reassuring. I then went ahead to order a brand new laptop, which was despatched within an hour of my order. The family member confirmed safe delivery in very robust packaging the following day. The laptop was exactly as described, brand new!. The price matched the lowest I found on the internet, and was in stock for immediate delivery rather than having to wait 3 weeks for Amazon to get stock in. My family member is very happy and said we must look at Tekshop when we next need to replace/upgrade a computer.
