Excellent service from start to delivery and beyond (I had a slight problem that was easily fixed by a short phone call). I only have one tiny niggle - the unit that I purchased was advertised online as supplied with Windows 11 Home installed - it arrived with Windows 11S - no big deal but it did cause a delay in installing anti-virus software (BitDefender) for protection as it was not available on Microsoft Store.
The unit itself was very well packed and in great condition and my partned is delighted with her replacement for her previous 2016 Acer laptop.
