Everything that you order from our online shop that we have on stock, will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours after a successful payment." 7 days from order, still not despatched. If this company is still in business by 2022 I'll be amazed.

Worst online tennis shop to buy from! I have ordered twice from them with free 2 day delivery and both times over a week to get it because they sent it snail mail via USPS! They are based in Cincinnati and it doesn’t take that long to get it to Indiana. This last time they sent it to the wrong address even though I called customer service requesting that it be mailed to my son who plays college tennis because it was for him and not me. Then I call the customer service department and they could give two craps less whether I get my merchandise in a timely manner. Nor would they let me speak with a manager. Totally an unprofessional business! Keep it up you will be out of business. I won’t be fooled a third time. You have lost my business and if you are reading this review. You have been warned and I wouldn’t give them any of your money too!!! Absolutely horrible company!!!

This is a fraud company. They promised to send me tennis racquet by Christmas eve. Its 4th Jan and there is no clue what's happening with my order. Neither their UK nor Germany numbers are reachable. I recommend never ever purchase anything from Tennis Point.

The company took my money, then confirmed my order via email only for the next day to say the order was cancelled without any reason and i'm still waiting for a refund. I've tried to contact them to understand why my order could not be fulfilled and to arrange a replacement tennis racket but none of their telephone numbers work and no one replies to emails. Shocking service, untrustworthy.

I ordered a tennis racket , Dunlop precision 98. The transport was late (3 days) wich I can understand. I received today the product and is second hand . The racket it's used , marks on the strings (tennis ball marks ) the bumper is scratch quite bad , marks of Clay. So far some mistakes that can happen. The funny part is that I called the guys , I've sent an email with pictures and so on. The only solution was to send the racket back. I explained that I want that racket but I want something else. It can be a string in order to restring my racket. The answer was they can not do anything for me , just to return the product and they will tell me the steps after. It's my first order and so far it will be the last one because of this attitude. I was very polite but it seems that for them this means you are stupid. I asked to speak with a manager but of course nobody said anything. Thank you for sending me to some other tennis shops Tennis-point .

It's another fraudulent tactics company. Stay away from them. They are not going to send you what you have pay. After one or two months you will still waiting, if not forget what you have ordered and paid. Plus you will not be able to speak to anyone.... of them.

We randomly received an email and then shortly thereafter an invoice for an order that dates back to summer 2021 (?!), long paid invoice. In reply to my email to customer service I have now received a useless, possibly bot generated "answer", full of mistakes and without any relevance to my message. In a time of fraudulent payment requests, Tennis Point interacts with customers in a not professional manner.

Bought a pair of Fila athletic shoes, used three times and the tongue separated from the shoe. Because they were worn, no warranty. Tennis Point does not stand behind the products they sell. I wish I knew this before I purchased. There is no warranty on shoes.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Unbelievable service lost order came late no one wanted to help despite being a birthday gift and ruining their birthday as a last resort I even reached out to CEO and MD - David customer service a manger just wanted to give me discount off next order he only replied because the CEO asked him to. When arrived all box battered and unable to give as gift after so late and ruined product - DO NOT order from these people be warned.

Ordered a month ago a tennis racket along with a bag, string, string service and dumpeners. After a big number of emails they let me know that there will be a delay. So, after 2.5 weeks they sent me an email with the tracking number of my order including all the items. 5 days later they sent me a new email, while the order was already shipped, letting me know that dumpeners were out of stock so this item will not be delivered. Again after a broken communication they refunded me for this item. Finally, when the order was delivered, I found out that the string was not assembled to my racket although I have paid for string service. Guess what, they never refunded me for string service after a ton of exchanged emails. Don't trust this site! Stay away!

Worst customer service!!! I have waited for our 2 tennis shoes and kept on checking the status that says "shipped" and when I check the tracing number - the shipment has not been collected! I then called the Customer service in the UK from Dubai and the lady told me that the shipment was returned could be coz of damage or what. I have asked why then I was not informed??? and said that there was an email that been sent but my inbox do not have any response from the email I have sent them. the tracking says the items have not been collected yet how in the world will the return happened??? Worst shop ever! Not even sorry that this happened!

Bought two dresses to try for size and they charged me shipping to return them. In this day and age this is unacceptable. Will not be buying from this company any longer and I play tennis 3-4 times/week.

I ordered 4 pairs of tennis shoes because they are on great discount. However, I received an email from them and told me to order no more than 3 or I will be charged $6.95/pair for return shipment. I read their return policy on their website, I didn't there is a limit on how many pairs per order, and their return policy is "return shipment of 3+ pairs may subject to additional charges". In their email they told me a totally different policy. I told them I will go by their policy on their website. If they have a changed policy then update and post it on their website. They just put my order on hold. When I contacted them and asked them my order status, they kept asking me to confirm the return policy in their emails. I told them over and over again I go by their return policy on their website. Simple like that! I told them I have already waited one week, if they can't ship because this reason then cancel the order, then they cancelled my order. I will never order from them again and will never recommend to any one. I never meet a seller like them in my life! They don't deserve any stars but the website request at least one star, so they got one star.

I made an order over 3 months ago, and aside from not gettin ANY information at all about it's tracking, 2 months later that the order was made, they sent me an email stating that my "return had arrived", when I didn't ask for any return or reimburse. They don't even answer my e-mails asking why this happened. Awful service, and awful client support.

Avoid this company with no customer service support at all. No shipment confirmation, the shipped tennis racquet had damages, rude customer service if you can get a hold of one after none existent online chat and no one picks up the phone for after order support. I should have checked out the ratings before ordering from this company. There's no way I'm returning the damaged tennis racquet to them after reading all the previous reviews.

AVOID TENNIS POINT: do not buy from them. I placed an order and the payment was taken from my credit card, but I had still not received the items after 3 weeks. No update on progress with the order on my account, no response to emails requesting information, and no answer to calls to the telephone line.
