"Ordered a month ago a tennis racket along with a bag, string, string service and dumpeners. After a big number of emails they let me know that there will be a delay. So, after 2.5 weeks they sent me an email with the tracking number of my order including all the items. 5 days later they sent me a new email, while the order was already shipped, letting me know that dumpeners were out of stock so this item will not be delivered. Again after a broken communication they refunded me for this item.\r\nFinally, when the order was delivered, I found out that the string was not assembled to my racket although I have paid for string service. Guess what, they never refunded me for string service after a ton of exchanged emails. Don't trust this site! Stay away!"

"This is a scam website! I ordered and pre-payed using PayPal. They did not send the order and their customer service is not responding. I have now submitted a claim for a refund through PayPal. I will never again use this online shop, what a huge disappointment!!!"
